LABTOPIA'S STAFFING SERVICES

TEMPORARY (SHORT AND LONG-TERM)

Temporary or contract assignments are a great solution when you need some extra assistance for a specific period of time. Situations that are ideal for temp assignments are extended family or medical leave, large projects, and seasonal production increases.

TEMPORARY TO HIRE

Temp to hire services are preferred amongst most Labtopia clients. They are able to see if a candidate is a good fit for the job prior to bringing them on to their payroll.

PAYROLL SERVICES

If a client finds a candidate through their own channels but does not have the budgetary approval to bring them on to their payroll directly, they will utilize Labtopia’s Payroll Services. Payroll services are typically at a lower service rate than Temp/Temp-Hire services.

DIRECT HIRE

Direct Hire services are a great way to take advantage of Labtopia’s extensive network while still being able to bring the candidate on to your payroll immediately. Client’s utilize this service on those hard to fill upper level management roles. All Direct Hire placements come with a 90-day guarantee. If the candidate vacates the position for any reason, Labtopia will find a comparable replacement candidate at no cost to the client.
