Labtopia Informatix uses a set of proven methodologies perfected over 25+ years of experience in the LIMS business.  These methodologies include a Requirements > Build > Go Live Turn-Key approach to the project to ensure the project is completed on-time and within budget.

An implementation team lead by Labtopia is assigned to your project from day one, from kick-off to project sign-off.  All Labtopia projects are assigned a Project Manager who follows the Project Management Institute (PMI) industry standards defined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) for controlling a project from start to finish. Our project managers are committed to engaging on-site to develop out the project documents and tools to ensure that your laboratory’s requirements are met.

During the project, the Labtopia Informatix Implementation team uses a collaborative Turn-Key approach to develop a complete understanding of your requirements which are then translated into a final product throughout the project lifecycle.  By using consultants with relevant industry and product expertise and use of a Requirements Trace Matrix (RTM) we ensure that every user requirement is mapped from your User Requirement Specification (URS) through to the final implemented solution.  Working in this way ensures that your requirements are captured, tracked and implemented to provide the best overall solution for your laboratory.
